Cats have a great deal of entertainment value. Two cats even more. So reading over my silly cat cat stories to make you laugh might be fun.
Even those lovely felines who sit in the bedroom turn out to be funny too. A cat that would race to the owner's bed before he could get there. A fresh game of movement beneath the sheets was fun before bed. Soon, the cat might hide under that sheet and sit waiting to attack. Lastly, it was said, "Now, time to go down into your own bed." The cat would pretend it didn't understand and play more but finally it went down into its little bed. There it waited until the owners were sleeping, then the cat snuck back up onto the bed.
In the morning, no alarm clock was needed. The cat would knock things off of the headboard like a hockey puck until it got a rise out of the owner. If no reaction, still larger things would fall. Then finally the house was awake and up. Let's eat.
Cats like to play in a bathtub. It's great to run and jump into an empty bathtub. If there is a small ball to play with, it is even better. The cat and the owner may love it. To get a cat to leave the bathtub, you need a shoe lace. A good or old shoe lace begins a nice game of chase.
Cats like to hunt and will sit seriously and patiently for a small animal to scurry by. When you purchase the cat to rid you of vermin that are in the vicinity, don't be surprise with the plethora of gifts that you don't want. Chipmunks, mice, snakes are valued prizes from that cat for you.
Cats are so much fun. They really do need us even though they can seem indifferent. And they enrich us with their punctuality, their antics and their affection.
